System add 0 to incoming DID number in misdn channel

This has to do with the provider; the 0 is prepended to indicate that someone other than you is calling you.

On our connections a 0 is prepended when someone calls us, but nothing is prepended if we call ourselves.

In a incoming call, I can see in the log that if caller id is 935555555 Asterisk gets 0935555555 with mISDN. If I use bristuff I get 935555555 without 0.
